The Abadi Scientific-Research Journal is fully committed to upholding ethical standards throughout all stages of the academic publication process. These principles are established to preserve academic integrity, ensure research quality, and respect the rights of all individuals involved in the publication process.
For more information on ethical guidelines in scientific publishing, please refer to: https://publicationethics.org/oversight
Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original works based on their own research, studies, and experiences. The article must not be under review, consideration, or publication by any other journal. Any violation will be considered academic misconduct and reported to the Ministry of Science.
Examples of academic misconduct include:
Submitting someone else's article under one's own name.
Copying substantial portions of another article without proper citation.
Presenting others' research findings as one’s own.
Simultaneous submission to multiple journals.
Republishing the same article in different journals.
Misrepresenting or distorting research findings.
Authors must avoid including unethical or sensitive content, false or fabricated information, or copied material without proper attribution. Including the names of individuals who did not contribute to the research is considered a violation.
Full and accurate citations must be provided for all referenced materials. Direct quotations should be enclosed in quotation marks, and paraphrased or indirect references must be properly cited.
All individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research must be listed as authors.
Authors must avoid including biased, sensitive, racist, religiously offensive, or fabricated content, and refrain from using translated work from others without proper attribution.
Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of data and content in their articles. In the event of an error or mistake, they must notify the journal and either correct or withdraw the article.
Submitted manuscripts must align with the scope and objectives of the journal and be prepared according to the defined academic and writing standards. Proper methodology, data analysis, and clear reporting of results are essential.
Authors must provide raw data, research tools (e.g., questionnaires), and other relevant materials upon request. If any act of falsification, fabrication, or plagiarism is identified at any stage, legal action will be taken.
The order of authors cannot be changed after acceptance. Any request to change, add, or remove authors must be submitted before final acceptance and must be accompanied by a signed request from all authors.
Authors are required to upload all necessary documents (including author consent forms, conflict of interest declarations, etc.) along with the manuscript on the journal’s website.
The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process, wherein the identities of authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. Authors must avoid including any information that could reveal their identity to reviewers. Likewise, reviewers must maintain confidentiality and avoid disclosing any information that could reveal their identity to the authors. The manuscript must not contain any identifying information.
Reviewers must provide scientific, fair, and unbiased evaluations.
All manuscripts must be assessed solely based on scientific merit, regardless of the authors’ gender, ethnicity, religion, or other characteristics. Reviewers are expected to provide thorough and impartial feedback.
Information related to the review process must remain confidential.
Reviewers who have a conflict of interest with the authors or the topic must refrain from reviewing the manuscript.
Reviewers are encouraged to identify weaknesses in the manuscript and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
The order of publication is based on the final acceptance date of each article.
The journal is committed to sending the final version of accepted articles to the corresponding author for approval prior to publication.
All cases of academic or literary plagiarism must be investigated by the publisher, and if misconduct is confirmed, the article will be withdrawn with an explanation.
The publisher is responsible for fully protecting the intellectual property rights (copyright) of the work.
The decision to publish submitted manuscripts lies with the editor-in-chief and the editorial board.
The process of receiving and reviewing manuscripts must be conducted fairly and free of any bias or conflicts of interest by the editorial team.
The confidentiality of author information must be maintained by the editor-in-chief and editorial board prior to publication.
In the case of article rejection, author information must be kept confidential by journal officials.
The editor-in-chief is obligated to respond to author complaints regarding the peer-review process. If a complaint is validated, a re-evaluation of the manuscript will be conducted.
The editor-in-chief and editorial board must consistently apply policies for identifying academic misconduct and take appropriate actions according to journal regulations.
The editor-in-chief must screen submitted manuscripts for similarity using plagiarism detection software. If the similarity rate exceeds the allowable threshold, the article will be rejected with a detailed explanation.
Any complaints regarding the review process, publication decisions, or ethical conduct must be formally submitted to the editor-in-chief’s office. All complaints will be reviewed seriously and impartially.
