other ارزیابی تطبیقی نمونه تجارب جهانی بر برنامه‌ریزی شهرهای جدید ناموفق و موفق (تین‌شوئی‌وای در هنگ‌کنگ، تاما در ژاپن، سرژی در فرانسه و رستون در آمریکا) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p>توسعه شهرهای جدید همواره با مسائل و چالش‌های بسیاری روبروست. این اجتماعات نوپا باید به اشتغال و شبکه حمل‌ونقل، مسکن قابل استطاعت، فراغت، فضای عمومی شهری، فضاهای طبیعی و سبز و نظارت بر آن دسترسی داشته باشند. از سوی دیگر ساکنان شهرهای جدید نباید احساس غربت و بیگانگی داشته باشند و بحران‌های ناشی از مهاجرت و کاهش حس تعلق مکانی را پشت سر بگذارند. اما چرا برخی از شهرهای جدید بسیار موفق و برخی به‌طور فزاینده‌ای ناموفق می‌شوند؟ در واقع هدف این مقاله نیز دستیابی به علل اصلی این موفقیت و عدم موفقیت است. لذا با استفاده از روش توصیفی و مرور نمونه تجارب جهانی با بحث موفقیت یا عدم موفقیت مانند شهرهایی همچون تین شوئی وای در هنگ‌کنگ و تاما در ژاپن (به عنوان تجارب ناموفق) و شهرهای سرژی در فرانسه و رستون در آمریکا (موفق)، به ارزیابی تطبیقی این تجارب، از نظر محورهای برنامه‌ریزی شهر جدید و علل موفقیت یا عدم موفقیت آن‌ها پرداخته شده است. در نهایت نیز راهبردهای کلیدی مرتبط با این تجارب، استخراج شده است تا بتواند فارغ از مکان محور بودن موضوع، برای برنامه‌ریزان و مدیریت شهرهای جدید به‌منظور بهره‌برداری قابل بهره‌برداری باشد.</p> <p>The development of new cities always faces many issues and challenges. These fledgling communities must have access to employment and transportation networks, affordable housing, leisure, urban public spaces, natural and green spaces, and the like. On the other hand, the residents of new cities should not feel alienated and have to go through the crises caused by immigration and the loss of sense of place. But why are some new cities very successful and some particularly unsuccessful? In fact, the purpose of this article is to find the main causes of this success and failure. Therefore, by using the descriptive method and reviewing examples of global experiences with a degree of success or failure, such as the cities of Tin Shui Wai in Hong Kong and Tama in Japan (as unsuccessful experiences) and the cities of Sergi in France and Reston in America (successful), to evaluate the comparison of these experiences. The comparison of these experiences has been discussed in terms of the axes of new city planning and the reasons for their success or failure, and finally, the key strategies related to these experiences have been extracted so that regardless of the location-based issue, it can be useful for the planners and management of new cities.
