other معیارهایی برای ارزیابی کیفیت کالبدی و زیبایی نمای شهری: ابزاری پشتیبان برای ارزیابی شهودی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p data-end="1608" data-start="316"><span style="line-height:2;">ارزیابی کیفیت زیبایی نما از نظر اغلب کارشناسان، امری شهودی و خبره‌محور است. هرچند این روش مزایای غیرقابل‌انکاری دارد اما دارای محدودیت‌هایی نیز است. یکی از این محدودیت‌ها، فقدان معیارهایی یکسان برای سنجش کیفیت نماست. نقطه عطف و چالش‌برانگیز در حیطه معماری نما، پیشنهاد فرآیندی مبتنی بر معیارهای مشخص و منسجم می‌تواند به ارزیابان کمک کند که شهود خود را به سهولت و سرعت به کار گرفته و تصمیماتی قابل دفاع اتخاذ نمایند. مضاعف بر آن، این فرآیند می‌تواند به معماران نیز در راستای طراحی نماهایی متناسب با درک شهودی معماران و ارزیابان کمک کند. این مقاله با هدف پیشنهاد و تبیین معیارهای منسجم و کاربردی جهت ارزیابی کیفیت زیبایی نما از روش‌های پیمایشی، مشاهده میدانی و مصاحبه بهره می‌برد. در ابتدا از مشاهده نزدیک و غیرمداخله‌گر به منظور استخراج معیارهای اصلی استفاده شده است. سپس، معیارهای شناسایی‌شده به کمک مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته توسط معماران و غیرمعماران مورد اعتبارسنجی قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌ها نشان می‌دهد که معیارهایی همچون &quot;تناسبات و انسجام هندسی&quot;، &quot;بافت مصالح و رنگ&quot;، &quot;سادگی طرح&quot;، &quot;ملاحظات موقعیت شهری&quot;، &quot;خلاقیت با خاص بودن طرح&quot;، معیارهای تعریف‌شده و راهبردهایی جهت طراحی نما در خصوص تامین هر یک ارائه گردیده است. در نهایت، پیشنهادهای حاصل از یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان راهکاری جهت تدوین نظام‌مند معیارهای ارزیابی کیفیت زیبایی نما مدنظر قرار گیرد.</span></p> &nbsp; <p data-end="1685" data-start="327"><span style="line-height:2;">The evaluation of urban fa&ccedil;ade aesthetics is a subject of interest to experts and researchers, often considered subjective and difficult to quantify. Additionally, the study introduces a practical evaluation framework to identify functional and visual elements that contribute to the overall urban experience. The methodology includes observing urban examples, conducting interviews with key stakeholders, and employing field studies to identify and categorize the components influencing fa&ccedil;ade aesthetics.
