other نما و نماسازی در جداره‌های شهری معاصر با تأکید بر کاربری‌های مسکونی در تبریز عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p data-end="1182" data-start="292">نما به عنوان لایه اولیه ارتباط انسان با محیط پیرامون بوده و نماسازی تابع اصول و قواعدی است که در زمان اجرا باید مدنظر قرار گیرد، ولی در مقطعی خیلی موردتوجه نبود و ساخت اغلب جداره‌های شهری در انواع شیوه‌ها و رویکردهای معماری، با عدم چارچگی و پیوستگی در مفاهیم پایدار معماری، به تناقض دیدگاهی نامطلوبی را در ساخت‌وسازهای متعدد در فضاهای شهری به وجود آورده است. جهت ورود معماری مختلف نما، از دیگر فرهنگ‌ها در طراحی نماها، علاوه‌بر آن‌که بر زیبایی تأثیر فرهنگی را نیز به وجود آورده، این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی است که با روش تحقیق توصیفی - تحلیلی کار گردیده است و اطلاعات لازم به روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و برداشت میدانی انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد، علیرغم وجود سوابق نما و نماسازی اصیل در تبریز، در دوره معاصر با وجود ضوابط مصوب، هماهنگی و راهکارهای نظارتی، اجرای نماسازی در ساختمان‌های مسکونی دچار آشفتگی‌های زیادی است و نماهای مختلف و متعددی در این نماها قابل مشاهده می‌باشد.</p> <p data-end="1882" data-start="300"><span style="line-height:2;">The fa&ccedil;ade, as the primary interface between humans and the surrounding environment, should adhere to principles and rules that must be considered during the implementation phase. However, in many cases, inadequate attention has been given to the design and construction of urban buildings, particularly regarding contemporary facades in Iran. The entry and development of new urban thoughts have led to the emergence of diverse styles and approaches in fa&ccedil;ade and ornamentation, emphasizing flexible methods and innovative design. This research focuses on analyzing the diversity and expansion of urban aesthetics in various fa&ccedil;ade styles and their integration into architecture and urban contexts. By reviewing and categorizing various approaches in contemporary architecture and their visual impacts on urban culture, this study evaluates the interaction of multiple concepts and provides a comprehensive analysis of urban facades in Tabriz. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the study examines data and information from both field and library studies to explore the relationship between traditional and modern facades in Tabriz. Despite the existence of regulatory principles, the findings indicate a lack of coherence and consistency in fa&ccedil;ade design and ornamentation in Tabriz, with numerous visual inconsistencies observed across different structures.
