Abadi is a specialized journal in the fields of architecture and urbanism, affiliated with the Deputy for Architecture and Urban Development at the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of Iran. It is one of the earliest journals published after the Islamic Revolution in the fields of architecture and urban studies, with its first issue released in 1994. The primary objective of this journal is to promote ideas, theories, and approaches related to architecture and urbanism, and to apply and extend these concepts into the everyday lives of citizens.
Abadi is a fully open-access journal, and all articles are made immediately available to users through its online platform. Non-commercial use and distribution in any media are permitted at the time of publication, provided that proper credit is given to the author and the journal. All Persian-language submissions to Abadi undergo an initial similarity check using the Samim Noor plagiarism detection system. The journal adheres to the American Psychological Association (APA) citation style. All intellectual property rights remain with the author, and the journal complies with the Executive By-law for the Law on Prevention and Counteraction of Academic Fraud.
